The Ember Lodge is a breathtaking venue for a banquet, milestone birthday, anniversary, shower, graduation, or any special occasion.

What’s Included?

- Access to main hall, bar, outside firepits around a cozy seating area & restrooms.

- Committed day-of Event Coordinator.

- Guest tables for up to 144 guests.

- Classically styled Chiavari chairs.

- Ivory linens

- Table setup

- Air conditioned & heated building.

A couple is celebrating their baby shower and expecting a baby girl the table is filled with chocolate covered pretzels, macaroon, flan, and cake, there is a large teddy bear on the end of the table the soon to be mother is dressed in pink and flower

Rental time includes set up & tear down. Reservations are accepted within eight months of desired date. Deposit of half the venue rental is due upon booking. Second deposit is due 30 days prior to the event.

Check out our preferred caterers here! No outside beverages are allowed. We
will provide all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for your event.

Décor Options

We want your special day to be as unique as you are! We allow centerpieces, balloon arches, table covers/runners, 1 inch confetti only, flowers and candles are allowed as long as they are enclosed. Helium balloons are allowed but we
ask that you please make sure balloons are secured and will not float to the ceiling.

The following decorations are not allowed: any tape/command strips on walls, coloring pencils/markers, anything that ruins the integrity of the walls/building.
