What’s included in the venue rental?
The Ember Lodge accommodates up to 144 guests in its spacious 2,500-square-foot hall. All corporate rentals include:
6’ rectangular tables
Elegant Chiavari chairs
Black linens
AV Package
Includes: sound system, projector, wireless headset, digital welcome TV sign, custom bar menu.
A dedicated day-of venue coordinator will be on-site to assist vendors and ensure your event runs smoothly. Rental times are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM*.
*Saturdays and Sunday available upon request.

Step outside into our newly designed garden patio, an idyllic setting accommodating up to 100 guests for intimate gatherings. The garden space features a raised platform under a rustic gazebo, electric fire tables, benches that can be converted into tables and an outdoor bar.
Host your next company picnic in our garden patio, where both your employees and their families can enjoy a memorable day together. It’s also the perfect spot to relax before or after enjoying the water amenities at Bear Paw Adventure Park!
Private Pavilion
Our Private Pavilion is the perfect space for large groups. This space includes picnic tables and a private firepit! The Private Pavilion is conveniently located for all groups.
Party Patio
Our Party Patio is a group space located right on Bear Paw Beach! Enjoy the shade with umbrella covered picnic tables. The perfect spot for any group to enjoy snacks and beverages during their trip to Adventure Island or Bear Paw Beach.
Group Cabana
The best (& most shaded) group spot on the beach! The Group Cabana can accommodate 20-25 guests comfortably. Complete with 8 cozy chairs, 4 lounge chairs, large coffee table and side table, plus electricity!

Bear Paw Ropes Course & Ground Based Team Building
Perfect for groups of all sizes, this adventure inspires confidence, connection, and lasting memories—and it’s fully customizable to fit your group’s needs and goals!
Start with 30 minutes of equipment training and ground practice to ensure safety and confidence.
Then tackle up to 60 minutes of climbing excitement on our high ropes course.
Add an optional, ground-based Team Building session—up to 60 minutes of interactive activities—to boost teamwork and communication.
Bear Paw Beach & Adventure Island
Beat the summer heat with an adrenaline-pumping water adventure! Adventure Island, the largest inflatable course in the Midwest. It’s the perfect way to spark some friendly competition with your team!
Prefer something more relaxing? Take a dip and unwind in the crystal-clear waters of our 3-acre, man-made lake for a refreshing team outing.

Work with our Food and Beverage Manager to create a custom Mixology or Chef’s Table experience. Available at a variety of experience levels and options. Looking for something different? Collaborate with our team to design unique Food and Beverage activities, such as wine tastings!
Mixology
Shake things up with a fun and interactive mixology class! Led by a professional bartender, your team will learn to craft signature cocktails (or mocktails) while fostering creativity and teamwork. This hands-on experience is perfect as an icebreaker or a lively social event.

Chef’s Table
Gather for an intimate and engaging culinary experience. Our Food and Beverage Manager will guide you through the preparation of a gourmet meal of your choice, sharing expert tips and techniques along the way. Yoga Session
Kick off your day of meetings, conference sessions, or team building outing with a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session! We partner with certified instructors to help your team relax, de-stress, and build mindfulness habits together. Mats are provided by the instructors, and the session is perfect for all experience levels.

Mini Golf

The Ember Lodge can accommodate up to 144 seated or standing guests inside the hall and up to 100 seated in the outdoor garden space.

We want your event to be as unique as you are! We allow centerpieces, balloon arches, table covers/runners, 1 inch confetti only, flowers and candles (as long as they are enclosed). Helium balloons are allowed but we ask that you please make sure balloons are secured and will not float to the ceiling. Helium balloons that are not secure and float to the ceiling will result in an additional charge.
The following decorations are not allowed: any tape/command strips on walls, coloring pencils/markers, glitter, anything that ruins the integrity of the walls/building.

While we prefer catering to be provided through us, outside catering from a licensed professional is permitted for corporate events with a fee starting at $150. All beverages must be provided through The Ember Lodge.

A 5.5% tax and a 20% service fee (this is not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice and any bar tabs. Additionally, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. Please note: the room rental fee does not include beverages or catering—these are additional costs.

Once you notify one of our venue coordinators that you’d like to book, we will draft a contract for you. The contract will remain valid for seven days, during which time the room will be held for you. After signing the contract, we’ll send you a payment link for a deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. The deposit is due within two weeks. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is official!
Our team will collaborate with you throughout the planning process to finalize catering, beverages, add-ons, and more. Your final invoice will be provided 30 days before the event and is due two weeks prior, along with the security deposit.
