What’s Included:
The Glamping Cabin you will be staying in is included in the price! No additional reservation needed. There will even be a bottle of wine, provided by Spirits of Norway Vineyard and Winery, and wine glasses waiting in your cabin for you to enjoy.
Check-in at 4 PM on Friday for two nights of relaxation and fun. Enjoy Nacho Grandma’s BINGO at 6 PM with a complimentary nacho bar & one margarita, dance the night away with Silent Disco and roast s'mores by the fire pits at 8:30 PM.
Saturday brings a delightful brunch in The Ember Lodge (Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s available at Cash bar), a DIY welcome mat event, and optional massages from 11 AM to 4 PM ($). For an extra thrill, tackle the Bear Paw Ropes Course ($) or enjoy recreational activities like Candy Bar Bingo at Jellystone Park™.
Wrap up the weekend on Sunday with a check-out at 11 AM, taking with you cherished memories of a refreshing spring escape with your besties.

Guests will need to bring their own bedding and towels. Ropes course tickets can be purchased on-site during your stay.
Register by March 16 to lock in our Early Bird pricing! This special rate applies only to group options of 2 or 4 and does not apply to add-ons or additional person pricing.
Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a $100 booking fee for cabins and a $25 booking fee for golf carts.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, and all payments will be forfeited.
Please note: To respect our massage therapist(s)’ time, we are unable to offer refunds for massages.
