The Ember Lodge is designed to create a unique, intimate, and elegant venue for your special day. With vaulted ceilings stretching nearly 30 feet, douglas fir beams, and a handcrafted stone fireplace, our venue captures the perfect mix of rustic and modern elegance.

*Access to the venue for set-up can begin at 10am. Guest arrival cannot begin until 4pm.

Planning Your Special Day
Once you notify one of our Venue Coordinators that you’d like to book, we will draft a contract for you. The contract will remain valid for seven days, during which time the room will be held for you. After signing the contract, we’ll send you a payment link for a deposit, which is 50% of the rental fee. The deposit is due within two weeks. Once the deposit is paid, your booking is official!
Our team will collaborate with you throughout the planning process to finalize catering, beverages, add-ons, and more. Your final invoice will be provided 30 days before the event and is due two weeks prior, along with the security deposit.

We cherish each and every one of our guests and we are committed to delivering unparalleled service with a diverse catering menu. Our culinary team is ready to fully customize your menu to suit your specific event requirements and budget.
Please note: We do not provide catering services beyond the scope of our venue. All listed prices are subject to change. All beverages and catering are REQUIRED to be through The Ember Lodge.
NEW! Outdoor Garden Space
This space can accommodate up to 75 guests, perfect for small, intimate ceremonies. There are two firepits included with the space for guests to use. The space also features two beautiful structures perfect for decorating and pictures!

We had our Wedding reception here in September of 2024 and I cannot say enough of how great The Ember Lodge is and how perfect the day was!! They worked with us and our requests every step of the way from the tour and booking to all of our questions and setting up! It is a beautiful space that fits the perfect amount of guests. We catered through them as well which I also highly recommend - we did it all through them from our appetizers to dinner and desserts! Not only was the food great but the people who prepared and served it were professional, timely, kind, and attentive. We truly never had to worry about a thing having our reception here and were able to be fully present. They went above and beyond and thought of so many details to help make the day enjoyable for us and our guests! I also recommend utilizing their outdoor space even if you don't have your ceremony here, our guests loved it and the yard games they provided! Plus their campus has so many beautiful spots that we were able to utilize for some great sunset photos! There was so many staff members who helped make our day so amazing and they all truly care about your event and making your vision a reality! And to top it all off, they are very reasonable in their pricing for everything! We cannot recommend them enough!

The Ember Lodge can accommodate up to 144 seated or standing guests inside the hall and up to 100 seated in the outdoor garden space.

The Ember Lodge allows you to create a timeless and intimate celebration with your closest friends and family members. An intimate celebration will allow you to spend more time with your guests. We also offer a variety of unique add-ons.

The Ember Lodge provides the venue and Venue Coordinator, catering, and beverages. Here are the vendors you will have to coordinate: DJ, florist, decorator, wedding planner (as needed) and photographer/videographer.

Yes! All food and beverage must be provided through The Ember Lodge. You will be able to attend a tasting event and coordinate your event menu with our Food and Beverage Manager.

A 5.5% tax and a 20% service fee (this is not a gratuity) will be added to the final invoice and any bar tabs. Additionally, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Please note: the room rental fee does not include beverages or catering—these are additional costs.
